1. Ownership & Commercial Rights

• Full Usage Rights: You hold full ownership and commercial rights over all the visual assets you successfully generate using Pixenza. You are completely free to use them for your personal branding, social media, client projects, or business marketing.

2. How Credits Work

• Action Balance: Pixenza operates on a monthly subscription system (Starter and Pro) where 1 action equals 1 credit. An action can be a design generation or an edit to an existing design.
• Automated Credit Protection: If an AI action fails to complete due to a server timeout or technical glitch, our system will programmatically return that credit to your balance immediately so you never lose your allowance.

3. Subscription Changes & Refunds

• Upgrades: Switching to a higher plan happens immediately, allowing you to access extra credits and features right away.
• Downgrades: If you choose to move to a lower plan, the change will smoothly take effect at your next billing date.
• Billing Adjustments: To keep the platform running smoothly, plan changes are paused if a scheduled payment fails until the payment details are updated.
• Refund Policy: Because AI processing infrastructure incurs direct server costs immediately upon each action (generation or edit), subscription plans are non-refundable once your actions for that billing cycle have begun being used. You can easily cancel your renewal at any time through your dashboard.
