1. Information We Use

Account Details: We use your email address via Supabase authentication to create your account, manage your active subscription, and keep track of your action balance.
Your Gallery Storage: When you upload photos or objects to use for your designs, they are stored in a private cloud gallery powered by Supabase. Your storage is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that only you can access, see, or manage your files.
Payment Processing: All transactions are safely and securely managed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. Pixenza does not collect, see, or store your credit card details.

2. Live AI Processing

To generate and edit your designs, we work with trusted AI service providers. Your uploaded images are sent securely solely to process your requests in real-time.
Your photos are strictly used to fulfill your design intentions and are never used to train any AI models.

3. Managing Your Assets

You have full control over your personal library. Whenever you choose to delete an image or design from your gallery dashboard, it is removed from our storage system.
